IRRP Tire Heat Reducing Additive – The Next Generation in Tire Cooling Technology

With the increasing speed and complexity of modern transportation, vehicles and road conditions demand higher performance from tires. High-speed driving causes tires to heat up, which reduces their strength and increases deformation risks. As the temperature rises, the physical properties of tire materials deteriorate, leading to a higher likelihood of tire failure.

Tire Heat Mechanism

Hysteresis Heat: Tires generate heat due to energy loss when stress and strain are out of sync under cyclic loading, resulting in hysteresis heat.

Frictional Heat: Heat is generated through friction when tires contact the road, influenced by load, contact area, friction coefficient, speed, and tire pressure.

IRRP Solution – Innovative Tire Heat Reducing Additive

IRRP is an innovative rubber additive produced through ultra-fine grinding and activation technology. It is specifically designed to reduce heat generation in tires.

Key benefits include:

 · Reduction in tire dynamic heat generation: Minimizes heat buildup by reducing hysteresis loss under cyclic loads, enhancing tire durability.

 · Lower rolling resistance: Improves fuel efficiency by reducing energy consumption during tire operation.

  •          · Enhanced wear resistance: Increases the wear resistance of rubber tires, extending their service life.

  •          · Improved fatigue resistance: Helps tires resist repetitive stress, significantly extending their operational lifespan.

           Application and Usage Instructions

IRRP is applicable in NR (Natural Rubber), SBR (Styrene-Butadiene Rubber), PBR (Polybutadiene Rubber), and EPDM (Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer) formulation systems. It can be directly mixed without the need for formula adjustments or pre-treatment. The recommended dosage is 5% or more, and can be fine-tuned depending on specific formula requirements for optimal performance.

The potential of IRRP is therefore far from exhausted. We are already working on even more innovative rubber/plastic products to drive the tire industry to new milestones.
